As your dedicated mentor, my mission is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to thrive independently and achieve your fitness goals without food guilt.
As a personal trainer and diet specialist, I focus on weight training and mobility, drawing inspiration from my background in competitive dancing. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals transform their lives through fitness. From coaching with the British Superbikes team to empowering my clients with knowledge, every step is a meaningful part of this journey.
I believe that fitness is a fundamental key to happiness, and it should be accessible to everyone. So, I'm committed to making it available for you to take charge of your health on your terms.

Hey there! I'm Deborah Grant, a full qualified counsellor, I have studied for many years in this field. I am also trained in CBT & NLP. I offer both short-term and long-term person-centred counselling therapy for adults.
I have an extensive background, not only in the practice of counselling, but I have also taught the subject at all levels. I have a deep insight into relationships and family counselling.
I have facilitated many sessions and worked with group counselling covering a range of different issues. I have over 15 years of experience in individual counselling, not only within my own practice but for several organisations.
I have now teamed up with NU to bring all my knowledge to the fitness world and help you break everyday struggles such as stress, anxiety, poor relationships with food, work management, sleep plus much more.
